We went during the recent heatwave, the air con in the room was amazing. There is a great chip shop a couple of doors along. Close to Euston station. The only problem we had was that the plug sockets next to the bed didn't work. The room and staff were first class.

Location was great. Very close to underground station and nice area to walk around. Clean tidy bedroom. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Great to have a staff member there all the time to ask questions. Room was very small but it was still good value for money.

Great location close to public transport. Requested and given a ground floor room. Comfortable room, bathroom a bit small but very clean. Front door access a little difficult with large heavy cases.

The location is great. It's within a short walking distance of Mornington Crescent tube station, and although Euston and King's Cross are a bit farther away, the hotel is still very well connected to public transport. The room size was perfectly adequate for one person staying for a night or two. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. I also appreciated having a kettle in the room, along with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The overall cleanliness was average - I wouldn't describe the room as either particularly clean or dirty. The most unpleasant part of my stay was discovering that the bed throw/bedspread had numerous white stains on the underside when I lifted it. It was quite off-putting and left a negative impression regarding housekeeping standards. In addition, the cups, kettle area, and the tray/container where the tea and coffee supplies were kept could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as their condition did not meet the level of cleanliness I would normally expect.

The location and modern design rooms, comfortable beds and well set out rooms. Small but perfectly formed. We were vey comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. There was a slight damp smell in the room and there was paint bubbles at the side of the bed. I reported this issue last July when we stayed, but the issue is still ongoing. I have reported it again today and pictures were taken by the staff member in charge and they were going to get maintenance onto the issue. So hopefully they will get to the bottom of this. I feel 10.30am is a little too early for check out, especially on a Sunday morning 11.30am - 12.00 would be more appropriate. Although, to be fair we asked for 11.30am later checkout and they were fine with that, so all good.
