Ideal location, 5 mins from Euston. Solo woman, I felt safe walking from the tube and within the property. Ideal having an equipped kitchen. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning but they did however, provide an electric fan.

The location was great. We stayed during one of the hottest periods in London, and the room was extremely hot. From the moment you entered the building, you were greeted by a wave of hot air, and it was even hotter inside than outside. The small fan provided didn’t help much. The room was very small; it was barely possible for two people to stand at the same time. The cleanliness was not bad, however we stayed for 6 days and were told that cleaning is only provided for stays of at least 7 days, which was quite unreasonable. Not having any cleaning service during a 6-day stay in a place that calls itself a hotel felt very inappropriate. We stayed in a front-facing room, and because of this it was extremely noisy. Construction work on the street started around 7 a.m., making it almost impossible to sleep due to the noise.

This is in a good location surrounded by Indian Cuisine Restaurants, shops and a really nice pub. The Metro is about 7 minutes walk. We arrived and had to search for someone to check us in. After a long days journey, we had to walk to their sister property 15 minutes away to pick up the keys. I don't know how I missed knowing this...I'm a very seasoned traveler and this is one of 32 properties we stayed at over 9 weeks in Europe. Anyway onward. The room was much smaller than I thought it would be...and I don't know how I missed this, but the head of the bed was up against the window opening and was against one wall. Of all my bookings how did I miss this??? Anyway, we sucked it up as it would have been too expensive to book another place in London for 3 nights last minute. The place looked like a safety hazard with numerous plug sockets in a few spots side by side. The two windows opened up from the bottom so when we were in our room we were a able to get some air in while it wasn't much. We didn't leave them open while we were gone as we there were balconies outside the window and only 1 floor from the street. Luckily there was a tiny fan that we used at night directly on us. There was a very tiny kitchenette with limited kitchenware. It is more like a student building/apt in my mind not really suitable for a couple for 3 busy nights in London. I wouldn't stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are good with what the apt offers. Too small, hot, bed very uncomfortable and small.

flexibility re early check in

Very handy central location Reception and online contact very helpful Comfy room Useful to have kettle, fridge, microwave Very compact, especially the bathroom - if you are large, you would struggle, especially 2 people Kitchen minimal - microwave, sink, a few plates only - and you need to be at least 6 foot to reach them!

The room was very hot and stuffy even with the window open, would not recommend staying in summer.

The location is very convenient. Near a lot of transport options, but walkable to some attractions as well. The facilities had all we needed, although we spent most of the time outside. A specific problem with my room was that the shower wall had a small leak, so we had to angle the shower head so that the floor didn’t get too wet.

Location was good Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny and still had hairs in the shower.

Location was great

The bed was not supportive, it was too soft and sagged in the middle.

They allowed us to check in early.

The location was very good. It is located very close to a train/metro station and it is in between London downtown and Camden Town. I also like that they offer free access to washer and drier. The window could not be opened and sometimes the air there was a little musty. Nothing terrible, but definitely something to be noted. Second, and probably more important, the bathroom was very small. The sink was so small that I had to lean my head against the wall to wash my face. The shower as well, was ok, but very small and a little close. If you are hoping to come home from a long day and take a nice long shower, that will change your mind.

Its location was great and the privacy as well.

Close to transportation but honestly lots of sights and shops were within walking distance (max 30min). The appartement had literally anything you could ask for, from a toaster to paper towels. The mini shampoo, soap etc in the bathroom were a nice touch to elevate the experience. Not all rooms have a table as shown in the picture, but we asked to switch to one that did and that was no problem, really lovely staff!

The location was great for sightseeing. The room was so small and not clean. Very rundown.
-
Location… two blocks from two tube stations It’s small… just be aware
-
The front ground floor room is very noisy, with the trains, traffic and people coming and going - earplugs won't cut it
-
Great location between two tube stations. Grocery store and restaurant literally outside the door. Quiet neighborhood. Thin ish walls. Have to get keys at separate location if checking in after 6.
