Great location and affordably priced. Right next to the Euston train station which has trains all over England. My daughter has a friend in Northampton and we took the train to see her. It's only one Tube stop from the St. Pancras train station which goes all over Europe. We took the Chunnel to Paris during our stay. The staff were not very polite and gave us mixed information. I asked them if we could keep bags there as we travelled to Paris (we were coming back to the same hotel in 3 days) and the answer was "Yes, no problem." The evening before when I asked the clerk, he informed me they didn't provide that service. There is also a 3% charge they don't tell you about for ?tips for the staff. I watched several other people checking in who were also unhappy about this hidden fee.

Accomodation comfortable and adequate. N/A.

Location is great. I work across the road and got stuck bc of a tube strike. The hotel is very convenient. Beds are comfy Floor has cracks in it and I worried about catching my feet in them. I couldn't really sit easily on the toilet bc im 6 foot tall and my knees slammed into the shower. The room is designed too small, basically. Especially the toilet area

I have no complaints. Great water pressure too. However, the showers are very slippery. It’s very easy to slip and fall. Had to be very careful while showering.

But old and tired but comfortable enough Location

Spacious shower! Comfortable bed. Quiet inside room. Close to tube and train stations. No closet, limited space.

The staffing was excellent, can't fault them enough for the help and support with the optional extra of keeping the luggage stowed until check in time. The care and dedication was definitely there for the guests. The room and amenities with the upgraded room were a lot better than anticipated, washroom and shower was clean and worked properly. The staff, bar area, lounge area were above expectations. Their understanding of the local area was also very helpful to plan our trip. It was a very pleasant stay compared to most other hotels in the area. You pay a bit extra for the price but its worth it. Some of the flooring was coming up in the room near the bed and needed a little bit of care. Minor maintenance issues around the floor paneling. Not an issue for us and minor, however the creak was noticable.

I stayed in this hotel as it was adjacent to Euston Station and I was getting an early train. The room had the essentials that I wanted, a comfortable bed, a kettle to make tea, and a window that I could open. The staff, without being particularly friendly or warm, were pleasant and helpful Outside of the room, the hotel is a little shabby. It could definitely do with a little love - fresh paint, fix the button on the lift so you know if the lift is coming, give the inside of the lift a good scrub and replace the stained flooring in the lift with something fresh and clean. It's definitely in need of a refurb. The bedrooms are in better nick.

I did not get breakfast because I woke up late. However, I came down to the lobby, and the "receptionist" said the coffee machines were still on, and I could help myself to a cup. I thought that was so nice of her, and that made my stay special and why I provided the highest scores possible in the survey. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

The space of the room and hoping i get a bigger one next time i book N/A

The location is very convenient. Many stores and restaurants are a walking distance from the hotel. It’s a bit smaller than I thought. And I could hear any noise easily.

The room was the perfect size for my needs as an individual traveler. It also had a little work space and a pretty large shower. It's not fancy, but it really was just right for me! The rooms are very quiet. I couldn't hear street noise or neighbors - pretty unusual in central London.

We didn't eat breakfast and the location was close to the train station The room was very small

breakfast options and the attitude of the staff at the restaurant

Very very small rooms and no mirror in the main room

Great location right next to an underground station, which is why we booked it. Unfortunately there was a strike on the underground so we couldn’t use it for a couple of days. Staff were helpful. Duvets were too hot and they had no lighter alternative. Took them 2 days to provide one.
