I really enjoyed the location for my trip. Easy access to the Warren Street tube station (< 1 min from hotel entrance). The rooms were clean & comfortable. There were twin window both had cross over curtains but one window was missing a curtain which meant that only 1/2 the window was blocked. Not a major issue as I had an eye mask but it did wake me earlier than normal. I have informed the front desk of this on check out.

We had confirmed a deluxe room but were upgraded to a huge corner suite. The staff were amazing and stored our luggage early in the day for a late check-in. We couldn’t be more pleased with the location, amenities and staff! More breakfast tea and milk available in the room, but when we requested more it was brought up to us.

Staff were exceptional, informative, and welcoming. Great location. Very clean. Shops and supermarkets nearby if you need any essentials. Room was a little dated, restaurant attached to hotel was very expensive - breakfast was unremarkable for the price.

Very good size of room and bathroom. Mini fridge in the room Excellent breakfast Just 2 min away from UCLH No kettle available in the room was a disadvantage as we travel with a new born and needed hot water for the milk preparation. One of the windows was broken and someone tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Another room offered but just for one night that we stayed we were okay.

Surprisingly good value for this part of London. Location is great, stones throw from tube. Lovely size room, bed very comfy but AC was struggling to keep things cool in the heat wave. Didn't eat or drink in the hotel, but staff were excellent.

Luis and Barbara were super kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy and the food was high quality. The staff of the hotel was very accommodating and polite. The hotel location is convenient, close to city center, tube, and Regent Park.
