Central and quiet location, easy access to public transport and several tourist attractions. Great breakfast with more than enough options to chose from Shower and toilet not always working properly,

I have stayed there many times previously but would now completely avoid in hot weather! Unable to air bedroom adequately due to window locks and probably curtains had been left open in hot weather the days before. Corridors as well were stiflingly hot and not possible to make a draft due to fire doors. Shower areas at back of building were fine. There was a fan in the room but did nothing to help when the air must have been around 35 degrees….worst night ever, very dehydrated, I contemplated going to sleep outside in the courtyard (the outside temperature was around 20 degrees).

Lovely breakfast choices. Nice bed linen. Clean washing facilities. Good security system. No instructions for TV.

Breakfast was very satisfying and the staff serving it were lovely. Location is superb. Lift is really useful. Value overall is good. Wifi worked well. Reception staff weren't very welcoming or efficient. Carpets throughout the building were extremely shabby. Wastebasket in room was inadequate. Pillow on bed was inadequate.

Nothing Everything

I liked the privacy of both the rooms and the bathrooms, it was nice having your own sink in the room as well. The included breakfast was wonderful with plenty vegan and gluten-free options. The location of the hotel is great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were quite warm and difficult to cool down because of the way the windows opened (only about 30cm, which is understandable considering the safety risks). The beds and pillows were pretty hard and gave me a bit of a stiff neck on the first night.

Location & cleanliness, was great if your not looking for luxury its fine . Shared toilet & shower room typical student accommodation but knew what I had booked & for the price that included breakfast can't complain

Good location. Would’ve liked a lift as I had a large heavy suitcase. Breakfast staff were able to supply gluten free croissant and coffee. Person in room next door was noisy and on the phone all night.

Location, Breakfast. It's a dorm so you get what you pay for. Breakfast very impressive for that reason. Large room. Had to leave building and go though a maze of stairs and hallways to get to the room. No AC. Staff was not helpful with helping us find an early check-in despite arriving on overnight flight from North America. The stairs are brutal.

staff friendly nice room shower in my room not working, was hard to find room on arrival
-
Great location. The heat in the room so it was difficult to sleep well.

5 min walk from the underground and train station, the place was busy but clean and quiet at the same time. Breakfast included, for this price you really can't complain The shower on my floor was not working so I had to use the one downstairs. Minor inconvenience at most

Only thing ,and it's just a personal idiosyncrasy but essential for me, the pillow certainly needed to be flatter and preferably a little softer. Could not sleep on it. Used the towel rolled up. Sorry above should be here!

Breakfast was amazing, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, room was clean at check in The rooms got very hot and I could only open the window 10 centimeters (and that was after asking, initially it was just locked closed). The shared showers weren't great (one had way too high pressure, to the point it was painful, another was blocked for multiple days, even after letting staff know) No room cleaning (had to ask about getting fresh towels; asked to have the trash emptied 3 days in and still wasn't by the time I checked out days later)
