Decent location The cost of the room in comparison to the size was appalling. I appreciate you are paying for location, but this simply was not worth it. The staff were rude on the front desk, making unecessary comments about where we were from, and the actual room was very dated and small. Do not recommend at all - far nicer places, in equally high profile locations for the same cost but significantly better value for money.

Perfect location-It was a short 2 minute walk from and to Euston train station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the restaurant serves really lovely food. The staff are exceptional, always there when you need help and very kind and friendly. We will be back! Thank you. N/A
