The location is fabulous for Euston. All staff encounters were excellent Breakfast was very good, but a better selection of cereals and fruit would be an added bonus. There was also no red or brown sauce available at breakfast.

A 7 minute walk from Pancras Station and King’s Cross station, this property is ideal for exploring London!! The front door needed key card access which made me feel very safe. The breakfast was lovely, staff were very welcoming. There are a lot of stairs at this property and no lift so be mindful of this if you are a wheelchair user or struggle with climbing up stairs.

Location Friendly staff Room was in the basement, very small, the pillows were very hard. Not at all like the rooms look in the photos. Sadly, I was very disappointed.

The staff were exceptional. Extremely helpful and friendly. We were celebrating two birthdays and they made our stay extra special. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

It’s beautiful. Small and compact but comfortable. Everything you need, tea and coffee in the morning. Iron and ironing board if you need it, but not in the room (which is great as doesn’t waste space). Nothing, I really liked it. I think it was really well thought out. Maybe the loo roll holder on the other wall but honestly that’s not a deal breaker to me.

The staff where so welcoming and friendly, incredibly attentive. The room had air con, massive plus Room although comfortable did have a damp smell on entering, not sure if air con or with being lower ground. The area at night was slightly unwelcoming however, we did see a fox!

Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Location is excellent. The room was a big disappointment. It was in a basement. It was tiny. For a twin room, the bathroom was miniscule. It smelt a bit of drains. I've stayed in another hotel on this row of Georgian townhouses, so I'm aware of how nice the rooms are on the floors above. We were in London to attend a family funeral, and so the basement room didn't exactly help. If you book this hotel, specify you don't want a basement room.

Great location as we needed St Pancras. The staff were brilliant and offered breakfast boxes for our early starts. Adequate breakfast and all exceptionally clean. The downfall was no lift.

Nice, small and cute Hotel. Very clean, excellent location. Close to mayor transport hubs. Nice and quiet area, in front of beautiful park nothing to note

Great staff, great location and spotlessly clean Single beds were a bit hard and rooms were not very big, however it would not stop us from returning
-
Lovely breakfast, reception staff welcoming and offered luggage storage which was ideal. Great powerful shower in a clean bathroom, shaver socket Booked at very late notice and very pleasantly surprised .. has a very lovely park and activity area directly outside ... while bring Central for Kings Cross and Euston.. would recommend as a quiet pleasant area to base Bathroom in room 4 which we had was clean and very functional but 'compact' Bedside units cover half a double plug which didn't appear to work so no charger facility at bedside Coffee machine stock needs increasing
-
Great location, away from the traffic, hot drink facility and water, staff very helpful, breakfast was great choice, but toast was cold, great selection of hot & cold drinks Shower tray very slippery, quite tight to get into as opening now wide enough and could do with a grab rail in the shower. The toilet roll on holder to far away from toilet, window not staying up when opening, aircon noisy and didnt keep room cool. Usbs on socket inbetween beds not working,

it was nice 2 twin room and bathroom and we have coffee machine and tea and milk and easy transport for tube and bus and walk not far to shop or eat places n/a

I didn't like anything Well to start the breakfast was cold the beans and tomatoes tasted as though they had just come out of the tin. The net curtains in the room had a massive hole in them and didn't smell nice. Also on Thursday night my lights in the room didn't work so we tried to speak to reception after speaking to the man on the Thurs night but basically got fobbed off. I rate this hotel a 1
