Friendly staff, good location, good price . Reasonably priced pub around the corner, 15 minute walk to Euston train station, 10 minutes to St Pancreas, 20 minute walk to theatres, 30 minute walk to Soho, lots of green spaces/parks within short walk, well maintained, would definitely go back. No Aircon in basement room (not a complaint as this was advertised) however, this meant window had to be left open letting in noise from the street and pigeons right outside the window early morning. Next time would book 1st floor or above.

The rooms were lovely. The location, everything previously scored, was great. There is no elevator, obviously, so when I checked in late on a Friday evening, I was not willing to lug my big suitcase up to the top floor. Nor did I want the older gentleman at the front desk to do so.

Lad on reception was really rude demanded my bank card as cover . Bedrooom with en suite toilet didn’t even have a door on rooms to hot no air con beds advertised as single beds but were just junior size kids bed. Only 1 pillow asked for another to be told we don’t have extra . The key I was given was in little fob and Kept falling off No towels big enough provided just a small one ! Breakfast for £12 was cheap and tasteless cold sausages bacon not cooked egg like rubber horrible experience never again properly wants closing down couldn’t wait to leave and will never return again horrible experience. Should be provided with a refund ???

We were lucky to get an upgraded room that was also newly decorated. Great breakfast & good value. Nice staff. Greet location.

Location was super convenient for traveling via St Pancras. Easy to reach other parts of London via taxi or underground. Location also had easy access to eateries, but note that reservations at most popular spots are necessary The pub around the corner was super lively and it was a great atmosphere- until we tried to sleep.

Great location for travelling through London The door lock broke on the first night - if there had been a fire we wouldn’t have been able to escape the room as on 2nd floor. Scary when stopping with a 6 year old. - if you stay ensure the locks unlock!

Very convenient for Euston and Eurostar stations. Comfortable quiet room Difficult in that there was no lift and my room was on the third floor. But staff were very helpful in carrying my suitcase up and down for me.

Everything was amazing! Location is super, 7 min walk from train station and only 25 min nice walk to the city centre. The hotel is in a very pretty curved street with a small park across. Staff were friendly, room was very clean, bathroom looked almost new! WiFi was working well, there was warm; hot water, beds were comfortable. I had a great stay here with a group of 4 people! Nothing

Good location, friendly staff. Really, really small room. The bed was squeezed between two walls length-wise and as a tall person, that was not comfortable.
