Location is great Super noisy. You hear the people in all rooms around you talk, going to the bathroom, snoring… I am not sensitive at all, but never experienced such a badly isolated house

The staff was very nice, the location near the train station and restaurant too. It’s a really quiet area! The breakfast was good and it was very clean. There was only 1 towel per person in the room. Plus, we’ve had a room near the breakfast so it was quite noisy in the morning. The room was really small and not a lot of places to put our stuff. The WiFi is not working.

Location, size of room, quiet, proximity to London St P and Kings X as well as restaurants and cafes. Room on top (5th) floor without elevator, staff were friendly and helped carry luggage up but top flight of stairs was particularly narrow and hard to negotiate if you are aged. Room had quite strong smell of cleaning agents- had to ventilate but window could be opened.

Definitely a great location and great breakfast. It was in the middle of the touristic area but was in a very quiet and elite neighborhood. It was so easy to get there either by walking or metro. Staff was very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. They were also providing tap water bottles as well. Room was small but not too small and it was enough for 1 person. No air conditioning but there was a fan in the room. Only toiletries provided were shampoo and body wash, no hotel flip flops. No fridge in the room as well, that was a minus if you want to keep your beverages cold. The room was not fully clean, it could have been cleaned better. The tv remote was not working fully.

Very pleasant staff and great breakfast included. About 6/7min walk from euston station Room had minimal facilities. Had just paid same money in Baywaters and got kitchenette, more space. This is literally bed and bathroom so if that all you want it could work.

Perfect location for st. pancras, very quiet and lovely breakfast Stairs not a problem for us, but wouldn't like to be on the top floor with no lift.
