Nice simple rooms, comfortable bed No real consideration for heat. When I mentioned they said it was the weather. AC exists and is needed when it is over 30 deg.

good location, 10 mins walk from st Pancras, next to a small lovely park, clean room, good bed room is a bit small, no air-con but the fan is noisy.

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff. Although the water pressure in the shower was very low, the bathroom was very clean and newly decorated.

Comfy bed, ideal location short walk from Euston station. Fan in the room due to the heat was a bonus! Breakfast had a good selection and really tasty. Would stay here again The room was all very clean one exception being the shower head, which had hairs all stuck on it. However this was the only fault we had

The breakfast is great. We love the location of this little hotel! Beds are comfy, and the room had air conditioning, which was a very pleasant surprise as we stayed for two nights during a heat wave. Front desk was very responsive. Note that there is no elevator. We ended up on the 4th floor, with the last flight of stairs being a tight fit with a large and heavy suitcase. We recommend writing to the hotel and asking for a room on a lower floor.

Very comfortable single room. Peaceful. Room fan, large TV, USB points, well made black out curtains, bathroom worthy of a much more expensive hotel. A safe, easy walk from Kings Cross.

This is a lovely hotel It's clean I loved the room which was small but cozy The smell of breakfast was incredible Shower was great I stayed on the top floor and there is no elevator.

Location, price, cleanliness. Room was at the top of a lot of flights of stairs and very hot.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact but had everything you needed including toiletries, fan, iron, plenty of tea, coffee etc. good shower. Excellent breakfast. Great location I prefer a king size bed but this is a personal preference

Easy access from St Pancras Station. 6 to 8 minute walk. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Hot food, cereals, fruit, drinks toast, salmon. Amazing. Everything was fine. Definately be back.
