Very helpful staff and amazing location Nothing.

Good location and proper window to outside (can be rare for the central London Vs price). Decent wi-fi. Clean. Very small room and bathroom. I had some continuous noise probably from ventilation which could be a problem for sleeping. Light is not comfortable.

It was a peaceful hotel in an excellent location for Euston and walking around Bloomsbury and further afield. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. I loved looking out on the chestnut trees. I would definitely return. Everything was good.

Lovely hotel very close to King's Cross / St Pancras. Staff were welcoming and the rooms, though basic, was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Mid price hotels in London are such a gamble but this is an absolute gem. Clean, comfortable and modern room Freshly ground coffee available 24/7 for all guests and it was drinkable Great breakfast buffet and exceptionally friendly staff. Made you feel really welcome. Students were a bit noisy at night but it was end of exam time. Can’t blame them! Had to shut the window but room wasn’t too hot.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, thoughtful amenities, good breakfast. Room was on the top floor with no elevator, so getting my bags up was a bit challenging, but they do make this clear when you are booking the room.

Very clean, simple but well equipped room. Helpful staff. Lovely bathroom, shower was excellent. Grateful for the fan given how hot it was.

Location was great for Kings Cross and St Pancras. Lovely crescent of houses and hotels made it feel very nice to visit. Slightly small rooms and not the most modern but that in itself was slightly charming.

Clean and tidy hotel, good freshly cooked English breakfast, helpful staff, luggage storage available. In London for a reasonable price. Our room ended up being up many stairs (there's no lift), and there was only a standing shower (no tub) in both the double and the family room we stayed in. Top floor (attic) rooms are often on the shorter side throughout older london buildings, and that was the case here as well

This hotel was excellent - really comfortable and modern decoration in a historic building. I enjoyed staying here so much. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The communal coffee machine was a really nice touch too. The staff were really nice. Great location! The value of the price for central London was outstanding.
