Excellent location: close to major stations and easy access to British Museum, Covent Garden, Courtauld Gallery, West End and Russell Square tube. I was lucky to have the family room to myself. Great shower! Some of lighting and not sure all sockets worked in the sitting room.

The bedroom curtain and net need new one. Shocked to see outside ground floor messy. The bathroom towelling rail looks dusty We only had two big towels but no two hand towels.

The photos misrepresent the property. The property has understandably had wear and tear which is expected, but it has not been maintained. Whilst clean on the surface, and the bed covers and towels were really clean, it was just disappointing. Also, the bathroom door did not close fully and I got stuck inside the bathroom a few times when it stuck part closed

Convenient location for St Pancras station Noise from the street late at night and noisy rumblings from the Underground trains passing below ground.

There were no staff everything was pin code . Stairs very steep unsuited for those luggage and or mobility problems.

The rooms were very clean The bed was very comfortable Coffee machine a bonus. Nothing.

It was in a good location. Easy access There were some unsavory characters hanging around at the front at night. When leaving our bags we were told to leave in the hallway...this didn't sit right with me. The room needed some cosmetic things doing to it but it was comfortable and clean enough for one night.
