Location Everything is dirty

I will for sure come back here the next time I visit london. Highly recommend!

The bed was very clean and comfortable. The room was small but had everything we needed. The location was good, and it was quite quiet. It was very awkward getting to the safety boxes where our key was kept, as it was behind the front door. The decor was a bit tired, but clean enough.

The same as above.

Great location and easy to find from Kings Cross

the addition of the fridge was a great help 10mins walk from st pancras] helpful staff The stairs were hard to negotiate very narrow stairs unfortunately were were on the top floor.

Location was great. Close to the trains and buses, and restaurants. Room was adequate. A queen bed would have been good. Small room, no view.

Great location, walking distance from St. Pancras as well as the city centre. Underground station nearby and lots of food options in the neighborhood. Self check-in and check-out was easy. Room was clean and surprisingly spacious, bathroom was on the small side but also clean. It was nice to have a small refrigerator and hairdryer available in the room as well. Room was very hot and the street very noisy. We slept on the street side and could not leave the window open at night. Even with it closed it was nearly impossible to sleep through the noise. Rooms are eight by the stairs and the hallways are loud, you hear everyone coming up and down, talking and opening their doors (we had a group of girls running up and down the stairs in the middle of the night, playing loud music and continuously opening/closing their room doors during our one-night stay). The hallway where the lockboxes are located for self check-in is not easy to get into when you’re carrying luggage which you’ll have to leave on the doorstep in order to be able to get to the lockbox and retrieve your room key.

Not much Nothing like the pictures. It was dirty. No temperature regulation available. No hand towels or face clothes. The shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all the same, jest in different bottles. There was a bad smell.

Location was good. -Toilet was blocked -Mattress was terrible. I couldn't sleep all night with back pain -Bin was smelling -side of the cot was broken.
-
Too much noise coming from the street, so much so that it was hard to sleep.
