Nothing Everything. We did not stay. We checked into another hotel. I did not feel safe with my 2 daughters staying in a room at ground level with a fully opening street window, the only source of air on a stifling hot day without even a working fan. Pest control boxes on the floor. We stayed roughly 45 minutes and that was spent sourcing another hotel. The guy on reception , whilst perfectly pleasant, seemed shocked we were leaving. I told him as 3 female travellers the room was not suitable.

Very basic but the shared bathroom and shower was fine. The location is ideal and the room was clean and the member of staff on duty was helpful. The room was run down and needed some tlc.

Nothing at all. Everything. Nothing more so than the rudeness of the man on reception who, when asked, turned out to be the owner. Incredibly poor customer service skills, and extremely rude.

How close hotel was to the tube station.

The room was clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed. For that price at that location I was pleasantly surprised. The lightbulb in the main light was flickering all the time so I didn't use that. The mattress was bad quality and not that comfortable.

Nothing good The staff were very rude upon entrance, the room was dirty with a broken bed, the shower curtain had tones of mould on it, no batteries in remote, very loud, noisy as hell, stains on the bed and walls … service was poor we had to guess where the room was we only got given a key room and no information upon where the room was… don’t bother pay more go else where.

Lokacija...komsiluk...lepa atmosfera u okolnim ulicama...restoranima...pabu...raznovrse kuhinje restorani...blizu Tasko i druge lokalne prodavnice...blizu tube stanica Pikadili linije...Nort...Elizabet linije...Central...voz stanica...cuje se crkut ptica. Kupatilo i wc bi trebalo obnoviti....i prozor na sobi je zakljucan i ne moze da se yvece orvori sirom da udje svezina i ohladi sovu
