Very pleasantly service. We asked fridge receptionist solved this problem immediately. Location is very perfect nearby is Underground and Train station. In the room have got all what you need towels, soaps and etc.

Location was great. Hotel staff were friendly. Bedding was clean, however we didn't look under the sheet. The room was very very dated! Decor very old, ripped wall paper, ripped net curtains, carpets decayed, musty, extremely hot, almost unbearable heat (like sweat running down your back hot). Ground floor room with sash windows, these could not be left open overnight due to been at street level. We arrived an hour earlier to check in, to drop bags, as prearranged with Hotel, to be shown to the room we were staying in, uncleaned from previous guests! Their pillows still had their head marks in them! Bathroom was clean-ish, but used at our own peril! This again was off putting. This is a very honest review. This has got to be the worst place we have ever stayed.

Had a large bed with lots of pillows and covers (not that they were used in the heat.) While there wasn't air conditioning they did have a decent fan in the room and it had a large window meaning it was pretty well ventilated. Location was very good for my purposes, near Euston station and lots of places (Camden, Leicester Square, Soho, etc.) were a walkable distance away. Bathroom was decently sized with a nice shower. My room sadly didn't have an en suite bathroom but it was still a private one. It wasn't a big deal for me but it's worthy to note the room was quite small, most of the room was the bed, would be a bit claustrophobic for a couple.

Excellent location - perfect for us to get to St Pancras station in the morning. Helpful staff available 24 hours. Good space for the four of us. Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy. The staff did try to help.

Location was fantastic with short walk to either Kings Cross or Russell Square. Lots of places locally to eat / drink. Staff were fantastic and property was a proper London hotel rather than a big commercial one. Being picky but bathroom door open ed outwards into another door which didn’t help our son with learning difficulties

Staff was very helpful and great customer service. Went out of the way to help us. There is no lift. Very steep steps if staying on top floor. Difficult to carry heavy bag however staff helped with storing bags on ground floor.

Very conveniently located. It is old and tired. Wallpaper is scuffed and torn, dust on the tops of the curtains, lights that don’t work, no soundproofing, dubious mattress quality, TINY shower towels!
