Good location, comfortable bed very clean.

Clean, friendly modern. The lifts are atrocious. Often out of use and waiting for one can take forever as they keep coming full. We were first floor and could give up waiting luckily. Unfortunately for people on higher floors with luggage not so easy. No Air conditioning and we are in heat wave

Onsite facilities were great. Staff were lovely and the location was spot on Unfortunately it was the hottest day of the year and there wasnt any air con in the room, but thats not always going to be available

Rooms are nice enough, beds are comfy, good location The heat - wow absolutely ruined it for us. Was 30 degrees in London when we visited, no aircons in room, window barely opened. We could barely breathe, the sweat was pouring off us, was an absolutely horrible experience we could not get out of the room quick enough. Was actually cooler outside. Could hear every single noise in the corridor and the rooms next door, no one made an effort to keep noise down at silly times of the night. Shower screen had a crack and the water leaked all over the bathroom almost flooded the place.

Location was great, close to all public transport, making it easy to get around. Also plenty of places to walk to, no need for transport. Would have liked a fridge in the room for drinks, apart from that, it was perfect :-)
