It’s quiet, comfortable and we had a really pleasant stay.

I like the location. The place is quiet and you still can walk to British museum, park, UCL, covent garden and the community mall is right next to the hotel. No fridge in the room!

מלון נהדר, מיקום מנצח ממש על תחנת כיכר ראסל. מרחק נסיעה של תחנה אחת מסנט פנקרס / 3 תחנות מקובנט גארדן / 4 תחנות מטוטנהאם קורט. המלון נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. מרכז קניות קטן בסמוך. החדר לא גדול מאוד אבל בהחלט מספק (היינו 3 אנשים).

Breakfast was good; we loved the coffee machines. Most of the staff were pleasant & helpful. The female front desk clerk handled a difficult situation at check-in on 6/28 (we were not given a twin room as requested) with empathy & professionalism. The breakfast staff all went above and beyond and were incredibly kind and helpful. The bar area staff were excellent as well, treating everyone with respect and friendliness. Salvatore was especially lovely and helpful to us. The maid service was excellent; our room was arranged to our liking and preferences. We enjoyed the gentlemen in the lobby greeting us each day. While almost all of the front desk staff were friendly and outstanding in their customer service, the weekend front desk staff (July 4 & 5) appeared to go out of their way to be dismissive and even rude REPEATEDLY. We were socializing with other guests we'd met in the bar seating area and lobby several times that weekend, and the topic of conversation was the (weekend) front desk staff.

i like the service i got from the reception team on Tuesday 16 June 2026, time around 1545hours afternoon. i also liked my breakfast & my room there was no bottled drinking water & a fridge in my room.

I am reall happy with the renovated rooms. They are cosy and comfortable, equipped with everything one could need. The bathroom was especially really nice, shower worked properly with strong enough water pressure (long hair). Equipped with coffee machine and kettle. Comfy bed. Wifi's working proeprly. I especially like that there is a more traditional lock from the inside (that hook type), having more physical security locks from the inside provide me with an increased sense of security (i hate it when you can only turn the lock under the doorknob). The neighbourhood is great and very central, also having the Brunswick nearby with the shops and everything is comfy. Honestly, I just hate this trend of pretty late-starting check-ins everywhere. For the hotel, I really have no complaints, maybe the only one is that the building from the outside looks very mehhh.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Really comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and the staff are amazingband so helpful. Thanks to Cristina for helping us organise taxis. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and Rooms were of decent quality. Reception staff are appalling and as the 1st contact that ruined it all. Poor communication between front desk and management. Requested management call back on 3 occasions and never once called back. Poor IHG on all fronts.

I requested a renovated room and the room is really very new, but there isn’t a refrigerator inside of the room that I stay.

I chose this location because of the neighborhood. There is a bookstore I like and some crosswalk paintings that I appreciate. I also like that the hotel is close to the tube station and that the room is a nice size.

Although we booked a twin room, we were given one with a queen bed. The staff also weren’t very attentive to our requests.

Great location, convenient and reasonable cost with a hearty free breakfast. Rooms are good size with free amenities, snacks and drinks. Staff is courteous and friendly going out of their way to help. There is a Tube station a minute away to get to Heathrow Airport direct. British Museum nearby. There was construction going on but it didn’t affect our stay.
