Great location, smaller hostel, I liked that it was attached to a pub which made it feel more cozy and accessible. Option to leave my bags both before check in and after check out was fantatic Bathrooms weren't the cleanest, no hand driers and no soap in the single bathroom. I didn't love that they were all-gender either - having shirtless guys washing up at the sink beside me while brushing my teeth was a bit weird. Would be nice to have a small kitchen to make a cup of tea, prepare meals if you don't feel like eating out etc

The location-price relationship What I disliked most about this hostel was the lack of transparency and the poor quality of its facilities. First of all, they do not provide towels, and they do not even offer them for rent. Instead, they sell them at an outrageously high price, something that is not disclosed before making a reservation. The beds are very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There are also no power outlets next to the beds, so if you are assigned a top bunk, forget about charging your phone overnight. Another major issue is the lack of air conditioning. The windows only open slightly, so during the summer the rooms become unbearably hot and sleeping is extremely uncomfortable. The ratio of beds to showers is far too low, meaning you often have to wait to use the facilities. To make matters worse, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. As a result, I had to shower while standing ankle-deep in dirty water left behind by previous guests. Overall, the value for money is very poor, and I would not stay here again.

Good location. Good pub. Useful free luggage storage after checkout. It was fine. Bed curtains, reading lights and charging points would be nice extras, but not vital.

The location. Staff were rude. The room was like a furnace in the heat. Only 1 fan in the room which people who went to bed first took it to point at themselves
