The staff were really helpful. At first I received a room in Which after 2 days the AC didn’t work and the water pressure was low and they moved me immediately On one room there was a broken ac and low shower water pressure but I was moved. One of the rooms was small, No fridge in rooms

Needs deep cleaning in bathroom, no mirror at desk/vanity unit, tiny towels, no conditioner, horrid smelling hand wash and products, no ironing board, needs a key card for every minor movement around the place, cleaners came far too early, early check out, no steaming TV, floor tiles loose, desk chair filthy, HIDEOUS lighting ! bathroom unbearably hot, shower hard to get into, location an absolute DUMP.
