Location and staff are great The bed was very small and uncomfortable, the lighting was bright and stark, and the shower did not drain properly. The emergency light also glowed green all night.

The staff were very nice and the place was great! It had great soaps as well, haha. The location was amazing as well, right around the corner was the main street. Great cafes and food spots around! Amazing trip! The room was a bit on the small side, but for London it was expected. And completely ok for 2 people!
