The reception, bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The location. Housekeeping was disappointing the room service breakfast tray was left in the room on most days even after housekeeping had been into service the room.

The location and the concierge called Naleef who always makes sure to get us anything we need. Thank you so much Naleef. The cleaners are not as thorough as they used to be. I have stayed here at least twice a year since inception. One elevator kept breaking down and using the laundry was very hectic as most of the machines were out of order.

The location was ideal as it was walking g distance from everything The bathroom had a smell I did tell reception. That was on both nights and also alot of banging and noise in corridor. I cleaned the toilet and the room with antiseptic wipes they was dust in bedroom and the toilet seat was dirty. I was very disappointed with the amount of money I payed. I did ask to speak to manager but noone got bak to me as they said they would. Was going to book here for family wedding at least 20 rooms but after this experience I would not consider it. I was very upset and not very angry about the whole experience.
