Great location, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice toiletries, large shower and ac in room Room service after hour was lacking

The staff were lovely polite, friendly and helpful. The room was big, beautifully clean and the bathroom/shower was lovely. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The temperature of the room was fab as it was very hot outside. Oh and loved the magnifying mirror for doing our makeup such a lovely touch to the bathroom. Great location for the festival we attended in Victoria park. Close to everything literally a couple of minutes walk from the station and Westfield shopping centre. Extremely good value for money for our one night stay and definitely use again if in the area. The only thing I can think of is maybe a few more milk sachets for the wonderful complementary selection of teas and coffees in the room. Other than that it was fab!

Lovely decor, friendly staff and very clean. Not enough tea bags and coffee. A bit stuffy with the air con but no window (common in London)

Location was excellent. 2 mins from the Westfield Shopping Centre with train and bus links into London and the airports. It was very clean. The rooms are very modern but it's all about decor these days and no real substance. There was a mix up in our room so we got put in a standard King for the first night. 2nd night we got moved to the Deluxe King only to find it was exactly the same with the addition of robes and a coffee machine. I didn't use either. In all honesty, I've stayed at the Holiday Inn in the same area and got all the same comforts and cleanliness with a breakfast thrown in for good measure but without the heftier price tag. It was nothing special and I wouldn't stay here again as there are a great many better options in the area that would offer all the same service and standards without the garage decor and 'hotel name' tax!

The staff were welcoming and understanding, but since my return, I have received no response to my complaints. I would avoid this place if you are looking for security for your belongings, as mine went missing even if my room was locked
