We have stayed here many times before because of the location,that is, the transport links and the shopping. We go to the theatre district and it’s very easy to get there by tube from Stratford. The room is big enough for a few days holidays and the bathroom is very nice.

Perfect for a one night stay for the O2. Everything you could need and near to Stratford station and shopping. Welcome drink was a nice touch! Is what you pay for not added frills. Didn’t have breakfast due to it being very pricey for a family of four (older children at adult prices)

Staff super friendly and helpful. Room big and quiet. Very close to underground and bus station. Huge shopping mall with several Restaurants, Cinema etc. around the corner 3min walking.

The room was very clean. The room service cleaned the room everyday. When we left, by the time we returned, the room was cleaned. The location was exceptional. Next to a Westfield mall, the train station to quickly take you to central london, next to Stratford International station to catch SE line to take you to Kent. The food (pizza, wings) was surprisingly food and fresh when ordering from the kitchen. The staff was trash. The manager was obviously the most dedicated, but the millennial staff surrounding the shift manager was the worst I had every seen. I took videos of the 15 min wait at the bar right in front of our faces before a single individual acknowledged us. They were curt, not knowledgeable, not helpful, on their phones instead of paying attention if there is a customer or another staff member who needed assistance. Throw the whole team away. If it wasn't for the location, I would vow to never visit this hotel again ever in life!
