Liked the compact space. Would’ve liked milk cartons in my room to have a drink in the morning, not sure you should need to go downstairs to buy some.

Great price and location for ABBA Voyage Room wasn’t ready at 3pm check in time. Was told to wait or change room but would have meant us having a lower grade room. We were on a time limit due to an event that we were attending. Lady on reception couldn’t care less and seemed very disinterested. Shame as the hotel was nice, staff require further customer service training
