Location was great and staff was friendly Carpet was a little old and there is no desk to work as it is not comfortable using the bed.

Very nice hotel, staff was really nice and the location is great! Very close to the station. Only thing I can think of is that there was nothing to sit on outside.

We booked for three nights The room we booked was OK on the first night Second day we was told we have to move and was given a smaller room it was horrible we couldn't open the fridge properly as it was stuck to the floor bed was broke on one side and the staff was very rude and told us if we don't like leave and find another option I have videos only of the room

You get what you paid for. Can't complain about anything, the receptionist was warm and great! Superhelpful. The indian guy, i think his name was Shiva. He helped me to carry the luggage to the second floor on the stairs. He offered cold water and some snacks for the kids which is very thoughtful. We stayed for 2 nights, i left some valuable stuff in my room unsecured, the room was tidyied up by the housekeeping staff, but non of my valuables were touched. Close to the Stratford main station which is another plus. Got plenty of Halal options in the vicinity. I would stay here again. No lift, but while booking, do request a lower floor; they would reserve those if available.
