Nice and close to Stratford station but the area and all the drunk people we had to walk through to get there was awful The room was not cleaned properly and there was a raw sewage smell coming from the vent and plug hole in the bathroom all night made worse by the bathroom door that didn’t shut. And couldn’t have the will die open as it was too loud to sleep. By the time we got back it was too late to find staff and swap rooms

Breakfast was amazing! Truly typical English breakfast very tasty and fresh! I wasn't hungry till the evening! Thank you very much! Hotel's location is very convinient and comfortable, just less than 10 minutes by walk from metro station Stratford. From this station it was very easy to get to center of London and to St.Pancras train station.

Very conveniently located 3-4 min walk from Stratford tube. 25 min walk from ABBA arena Bed is hard but we slept ok Breakfast was good and varied. Full English and Mediterranean The carpets were stained, on the coridor and in the rooms. Not dirty but did not feel clean. Bathroom clean, but the old flooring

For a 2 star hotel i my expectations were low. Supprisinly the hotel tick all rhe boxes. Nice staff, good location to shops, close to station, clean and comfy room. A bit basic but again a dam sight better than what i exoected No aircon or mini fridge

Good location and was good for what we needed Staff were not the best. On arrival I had prewarned them that I could be early by an hour. We arrived and tried to check in but room was not ready. However we were told by the reception if we wanted to we could pay and additional 25 pounds and the room would be available in 10-15 minutes. Which we refused to take the offer considering we had already paid for the room. We basicly waited a further 15-20 mins and we were then given the room. Also when you want a cold coffee from the fridge it is locked and have to get one of the reception staff to get it for you. At one point I was waiting 5 mins untill I was served. That was through out the day

good bed, decent location, clean ish room. our window was located at the back of a supermarket so lots of delivery sounds in the morning. the bathroom door was loud and annoying as you couldn’t get in or out without making lots of noise.

Amazing stay with really lovely staff.Clean,comfy,stylish and great location.Only complaint is the bacon at breakfast was like chewing tough leather coz of the heat lamp.We will be back ☺️ The bacon,it was very tough.

I really like this place, it was my third stay there. The lobby and the rooms are cosy, the breakfast is excellent, everything is clean. The staff is very nice and always helpful. The city centre is in close reach by public transport. You can walk to the ABBA arena from here. I always miss a toilet brush. Towels were exchanged daily, even though we did not put them on the floor. So, sustainably could be a little bit more focused.
