The location and helpful staff were really wonderful. The shower had a shower screen and the shower head was too high , had to hold the shower as i didn't want to wet my hair. It was very awkward

Very clean and well presented. Small bed, small shower that wasn’t very powerful.

the bathroom is outside the room, shared with other 3 rooms.

Great staff, superb location, great price. Very helpful with luggage and my wife's rollator and gave us a 1st floor room to make it easier for her. No air conditioning so very hot in the room. Fan provided was OK but had to turn it off at night to sleep because of the dound.

no elevators not mentioned in booking site, the bedding had white stains on it, the toiled was used and unflushed, and the staff member Sunni was rude

The room was very comfortable and clean. Amenities were great. Location was fantastic (once I realised how to get there). Very close to Victoria underground and Buckingham Palace. Using the Uber taxi river boat was a great find. All in all would happily book in again. When we arrived we asked the man on reception where to find a coffee shop and he said he had no idea. Once we located coffee shops etc we were really happy. The Jubilee has loads of coffee's, tea's etc in the hotel room. I do think they should have a little leaflet in the room showing where all the restaurants etc are. That would have been a great help
