very comfy room with aircon nothing

It was the perfect location, easy walk to the tube, London bridge and the market. Staff were wonderful, nice and helpful. Nothing wrong at all with the property.

A great location, round the corner from a tube station and on the doorstep of the busting Borough Market. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and we particularly liked that it had a bath (as well as a shower) and lovely bubbles to soothe our aching feet at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee was provided but the facilities for this were a little basic (tiny plastic kettle hidden in a cupboard). We were in a room right next to the door to the lifts which was a little noisy but didn’t bother us too much.

Perfect location for sightseeing in London. Staff and service overall were at an excellent level.

The hotel sits directly below the Shard, and down the staircase from the front entrance to London Bridge Station, but is away from the traffic and noise. 3 minutes from Borough Market and 5 minutes from most of the restaurants, so a great location. Nice staff, helpful and easy for cabs or cars to stop and unload / load I can't think of any real negatives, aircon was a bit noisy, but it worked!

Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room.

For those who travel by train this hotel is in a prime location, our room was very quiet even though we were next to the train station, also the location is close to Borough Market and other iconic landmarks

The hotel is run in a very professional way. Staff are attentive, friendly, and extremely dedicated to providing a lovely atmosphere and experience for clients. The hotel is spotless, very comfortable and a very relaxing place to stay in. In my opinion, it is run in the old-fashioned way of high standards which has been lost in many other establishments. I will be back. Thank you ! Nothing

The staff were friendly and attentive, room was cute with great AC, television worked with good options, curtains made the room nice and dark, restaurant was good. The electricity seemed to go in and out during the night and phones did not charge. The room was a bit small, but cute. There was a small red stain on the carpet (hopefully wine!). The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. The concierge recommended a cab that the hotel uses, and this cost us 150 pounds! It was my fault for not clarifying this before we left. When I checked the Uber cost for the same trip, it was about half the price. This made me feel we were a bit taken advantage of.

The breakfast was payable extra at £19 varied and very delicious. Everything was lovely. The Concierge, Konstantin from Hungary, I think, was gracious and very helpful.
