Location and breakfast. The hostel's location is fantastic, near both the train and subway stations. However, the hostel is also a pub, so it gets very noisy at night with people talking. To make matters worse, the fan wasn't spinning, so nobody got a breeze on a very hot day that reached 35 degrees.

The location was def at an excellent location, so close by to all the spots and you can best travel London on e-bikes, which is right around the corner from the hostel. It was a bit loud in the room due to the room being right above the pub! and there are only 3 washrooms for the entire floor so I had to wait for a long period of time. I also think the place needs to invest of hiring more staff, poor staff was trying to manage the pub and reception work at the same time, which caused a delay in my check-in

The hostel is above a bar which is loud- it’s impossible to sleep at all before 2am, when the bar closes. The staff was a bit arrogant and there’s no AC just a million of ventilators going at the same time.

Staff were nice. Cleaning lady is nice Place is falling apart. Way too cramped. No common area. No community or socializing. Dirty. Only one private shower. Smelled horrible in the rooms at night. Puddles in all the bathrooms from uneven floors. No reception at night. No laundry and the mats are quite far.

The overall environment was excellent. Nothing for now. But one suggestion......It could be fine if a small microwave and/or small refrigerator is around the corner for guests.
