This is a luxury stay in a special building with stunning views Staff were excellent and I liked how we were able to swim when we arrived even without a booking At breakfast there was no marmite - so the manager went and found some for us - much appreciated It’s a busy place and guests tend to arrive and leave at the same time Things like Express check out , coffee on the buffet , clearing tables quicker would help ease the pressure

Amazing property, supported by absolutely amazing team of staff who went the extra mile and beyond all expectations to make our stay the most memorable ever. My wife and I had wonderful stay at Shangri-La The Shard. If it was possible to do so I would give them an overall score of 15 out of 10. Just cannot thank the team enough and would love to return to this beautiful hotel in the future. What’s there not to like? Perhaps the only thing we did not like is that our stay was only for 6 nights. Wish it had been for 2 weeks and we could have enjoyed ourselves even more!

The best view in London! I still rate this as the best hotel experience in town. I’ve stayed at many of the other luxury hotels in London but nothing compares to here in my opinion, not even the Savoy..
