Accessibility. location is within walking distance of the High Street (Proximity to OXFORD and TOTTENHAM COURT RDs. - Excellent Concierge services - Very good welcome at the door - The door man who was on duty during my stay has a pleasant personality. 1. Poor Internet Connectivity 2. Room Cleanliness 3. I don't like cigarettes and room had been occupied by someone who smoked.

The location and view are the best thing about the hotel. The rooms are bigger than much in London, and the beds and pillows are very comfy. The housekeeping wasn't to the standard. One day they left the window open, one day they left a dirty mug in the sink, restocking water bottles at a minimum.

The location walking distance to Park Street and Bond Street. Opposite Hyde park so it made my run easy. Plus the gym was packed!!! The room was a bit too small. I guess that's typical of a central london room.
