Great location and so close to Paddington Station. The staff very friendly and efficient. The room was beautifully prepared and presented. Close to shops and eateries and the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line.
-
Good location. Staff very helpful. Not disabled friendly. Steps to reception and steps to the lift.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for getting around London via tubes and buses The room was somewhat small. The shower pressure was too low, by a large amount.

The hotel is very well situated just next to Paddington Station and the room was quiet and comfortable, if a little small for our large suitcases! The complimentary items were a nice touch. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, even bringing our heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs as the lift was out of operation. Since the hotel restaurant was being renovated, a lovely breakfast was available from a nearby hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit cramped and the lift wasn't working - but we were compensated with breakfast vouchers which was very welcome.

We checked in at 11pm and were given the keys to a room which was already assigned to someone else. We walked into the room and scared the people already asleep in the bed. Horrible experience, struggled to sleep after that.

Never had breakfast as i don't eat regular breakfastfood. Have bar soap , late that liquid. Went out and bought a bar soap at Tesco! Also it would be nice to have a pen on the desk.

Location is fantastic for travel when arriving at Paddington station. Its literally outside the station. This meant after checkour we could store our luggage and retrieve it easily ready for our journey home without having to transport luggage around London. The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful The rooms were very small. It was a struggle for myself and my partner to move around the room freely. The lift was out of use for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is not located in the hotel, but at Bella Italia which is a short walk away. This put us off having breakfast.

Back to this superbly located hotel in Paddington for the 3rd time. Just a short few steps off the Heathrow Express out of Paddington Station and you’re there. Great size rooms with comfy beds. A special mention for Meet & Abdul who gave me the warmest welcome on arrival. Thank you gents!

Staff was friendly, and the hotel has a brilliant location; Hyde Park is just around the corner, and several rail and tube lines are literally right outside the door of the hotel The walls were paper thin - if any of the neighbours closed their doors, had a chat, used the toilet or shower, or walked around with a bit more force, we could hear it. The tube could also be heard, although *that* particular sound didn't bother us, as it sounded more like rolling thunder in the distance. The other issue for us was that the AC barely managed to keep the temperature stable; cool air did come out the vent, but there was almost no airflow to speak of. Since we specifically booked this hotel for the AC, this was a major disappointment.

The staff were wonderful. Professional, courteous and pleasant. Special shoutout to the person who carried our suitcase up 3 flights of stairs , as the hotel lift has been out of order for 3 months and counting. The breakfast area is in a sister property across the street. The location is just outside London Paddington. Worth it if you are staying a night before or after an international flight from Heathrow. Paddington to Heathrow is very conveniently accessed. The elevator has not been working for past 3 months or so. Most of us are travellers who book this hotel. We have check in bags that are heavy. There are many people who have health conditions and can't haul a bag up 3 flights of stairs. You need to let patrons know that you don't have a functioning elevator. I think it's not fair on the guests or your staff !

Great Location to Paddington and transport for London. The fridge was well stocked with water, soft drinks and milk for hot drinks that were gratis. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller and I think would not great for large people or people with access issues No restaurant
