The free parking and breakfast was good but the waiter made a horrible hacking noise in the serving area which put us off eating. The location was okay. It is 20 minutes walk to the underground and straight onto the Piccadilly line for ease of getting into London centre. The evening reception guy was really friendly and got us a hairdryer upon request. Unfortunately it was 35 degrees outside and although the lobby area was nicely cooled, the rooms just have a ceiling fan, which doesn't do anything in cooling the room down. We had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat and there was an alarm going off until 11.30pm at the shop opposite so it was really hard to get my daughter to sleep. There were hairs (both long and short) on our pillow and bedsheets. This made me think the sheets weren't clean but they could have belonged to the staff who clean the room. Either way, it wasn't great.

The price, cleanliness and breakfast I stayed twice once for 5 nights and the room was nice and the second stay for 2 nights although the second room was spacious it was less comfortable and older

The winding way to my room. It was a bit difficult to get my luggage through while checking in and same when checking out.
-
Room was poor, cramped, somebodies sock under bed. Curtain hanging off, shabby, tired.

The location I stayed in the hotel for two weeks, and during this period they changed the bed sheets only once. There was also no proper room cleaning—no vacuuming of the floor at all. In addition, my prayer mat was taken by mistake with the laundry. I spoke to all the staff and every day they told me, “Tomorrow,” until I checked out. One of them even told me they couldn’t find it and suggested that maybe I didn’t bring it with me, because it’s “impossible” for them to take anything from the guests’ belongings. This really upset me. There was also a lot of noise from other guests in the room next to me and the room above me, sometimes very late at night.

On arrival there was plenty of parking. The receptionist was pleasant and accommodated our earlier than expected check-in. The bed was very comfortable and clean and there wasn't an issue with the supply of extra coffee and milk when we asked. The hotel is like a warren of rooms - it took an age to find ours! Breakfast was a disappointment. Apparently, there was a form to fill in regarding this which we knew nothing about. As a result, our 'Full English' only comprised of 2 hash browns, some beans, two fried eggs and a single sausage with a slice of toast! Presumably they order their food in based on the selections made on the form. We got the impression it was our fault that we hadn't filled the form in and not the hotel's for not making us aware of it!

The toilet was a bit cramped if you have long legs otherwise the bathroom had good space and a nice large shower.
-
room and breakfast OK I asked about London driving restrictions and fines, and they said no, I they were outside of these restrictions and so no fines. They lied, they were in the ULEZ zone and I should have paid the ULEZ fees, I was since fined £90 for each of the 2 days I was in London, first fine for driving into the hotel and the second for driving away.

The furniture is ugly and old. It's not clean; there's a lot of dust. It looks like the rooms haven't been renovated in 50 years. I wouldn't stay there again.
