Loved the room and the Green Pub.

Everything! From our arrival to breakfast the next morning to the exceptional staff! Nothing—great place!

Nice pub, friendly staff, great location ten minutes walk to Hanwell station.. Good breakfast options. Limited parking available.on site. Location does have neighbourhood parking restrictions.gr

Too far from london if you're there to see london.

Having to carry by myself (50+ yrs old) heavy baggage down narrow stairs when checking out. Having to share bathroom. Too small bathroom size.

Excellent breakfast, anything you would like. Family atmosphere, great pizza and other food for dinner in the downstairs restaurant, also fun to see all the locals bring in their families and listen to live ukulele music once a week. It was a little noisy our first night, though the music was great. Servers couldn't be nicer and more helpful! Nothing, if you want to get out of the city and have a local experience in a quaint neighborhood and a place that is definitely not a sterile, impersonal hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is perfect and close to local transportation. Very clean, food was great from downstairs. I’d absolutely stay again. Check in was odd. The staff seemed confused at first by my arrival but then everything worked out. Internet didn’t always work in the room, had to stand in the hall.

Super kind and friendly staff! Rooms were clean. A 10 min walk to a tube station. It feels very homey. Restaurant downstairs was a plus because it gave east access to great food. Highly recommend this place. The Breakfast included was amazing. It is a restaurant, so on live music nights expect to hear loud music at night.

Pub and lodgings were both great but Wifi was poor, but they were working on it.

Good location not en-suite, and very noisy pub below my room.

This is in a great neighborhood and is a generally nice spot with a cozy restaurant and outdoor space downstairs. Rooms are fine, price is very good. We received an email (with time to cancel our reservation) that there would be a private party until about 1 am during our stay. We received this while we were headed out on our vacation so we decided to just keep the reservation. Well… the music was so loud that you could actually feel it through the floors and the beds, not just hear it, and after the party, the staff spent some time throwing bottles (?) out the back as they cleaned up. It wasn’t a huge deal for us but I would recommend staying somewhere else if there’s a party planned and you go to bed before 1:30.

Very conveniently located, adorable pub serving great food and beers, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bathrooms were a little small and not attached to the rooms, but they were clean and functional

I went into London. Didn't stay or hang out in the pub or area but I did enjoy one proper Guinness once I checked in. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Everything was excellent.

Very poor, the attitude of the worker wasn’t good at all. We went down for breakfast at 07:00am, ten minutes later she turned up saying that she was cleaning upstairs. She then started emptying bins, and then making breakfast! When she brought me my breakfast her face was like thunder. I will not be coming back in a hurry! Staff attitude, noise outside customer barking dog, couldn’t refill the kettle with water and the toilet and shower I wasn’t keen on.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area of ​​London. 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. Very attentive staff, delicious breakfast and everything very clean and organized.
