Clean, friendly staff, great location. Go to the British Library!

no phones to contact staff in room, only bath towels in room, had to ask for hand towels and there was no face towels.

Long queue for breakfast, but hey it was a Sunday in December! Also small hot buffet breakfast bar

Under our room (and any room on one side of the hotel) are dumpsters and several for bottles- people or trucks were dumping making noise until 10pm at night and started early in the morning

The room that we were given didnt have any view, infact if you open the curtins you are facing residential apts and a company offices and you will have zero privacy so we were forced to close the curtins while we are in the room

Excellent, clean, friendly and most helpful staff. I haven't got time to tell you a lot more other than to say I stay in hotels most weeks - but not in a Premier Inn - and this was real 'eye opener'. better than most 4 stars. Changed my view completely.
