Staycity London Dalston

Good value for the price for a quick stay, service staff very efficient and helpful. Room a bit old looking, view outside the window is street or a trash pile, can just close curtains on that side of the room

Cleaning staff also very friendly all made us very welcome I think the corridors need abit of a re fresh but that is all the negative points i have

staff was super friendly and welcoming, even gave us ice lollies on arrival. room was perfectly stocked and comfy. we enjoyed our stay! the bathroom could have been cleaner and perhaps the tiles need sprucing, just seemed a bit dingy. the couch was not comfortable for two people but minor details. we chose the location/neighborhood because we were going to concert near by. while there were a few up and coming restaurants/bars, we would likely not stay in this location again.

Loved everything about this modern, cosy accommodations. It has everything you could possibly need. Everyone who works here is very lovely and competent. Special shoutout to Catherine especially, who helped us at our check in and made our stay here very welcoming. She was really friendly and helpful. She was flexible and provided an early check in as there was a room ready, which we really appreciated after a long 16 hours flight. The rooms are quiet and beautifully equipped with clean, comfortable furnishings, bed pillows, microwave/oven, induction hob, kitchen sink, good showers, lighting, etc. No complaints at all with the room. I loved that have a very clean laundry room with washers and dryers, AND a very well equipped gym beside it so that you can workout whilst waiting for your laundry to be done! The gym is amazing, with assault bike, assault air runner, rower machine, pull-up bar (!!), well stocked ELEIKO dumbbells AND KETTLEBELLS (!!), gym bench, drinking water, towels, and anti-bacterial wipes to clean the equipment after use. Quality equipment throughout! (Sorry for the blurry photos - I had to screenshot them from my video) The front desk area has also 2 beautiful spaces - a pantry area where you can buy drinks, snacks, microwaveable meals when you're hungry at night, and a lounge area with many tables and a couch, for you to do work and charge your electronics. There are 2 tube stations nearby and a bus stop in front, which makes getting around and to the airport very easy. There are also many good cafes nearby! We would stay here again the next time we come to London. Thank you Staycity Dalston, you've been perfect. The whatsapp chat doesn't work well - we requested for hand towels twice - once in the morning and another at night, but it never arrived. We had to take ourselves from the cleaner. Laundry machine doesn't automatically add laundry detergent to the wash - you will need to grab some from the front desk.

I had multiple stays here in the past month ranging from over a week to one night and each one was great. Location excellent right on the Kingsland Rd, near both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations. I chose this area because I have several friends who live nearby, but central London is very accessible by Tube/Bus. If you were more keen on the Westside, perhaps not the best place to be. I personally had extremely smooth check in/out. I stayed in both the basic room as well as the one bedroom apartment and both were excellent. If you want to reduce noise, opt in for a room on the upper levels. I also used the laundry while I stayed (if you stay over a week you get a free wash). Staff were lovely. I will most likely book again, given there are very limited options in the area that are as decent. The gym is extremely basic - just an assault machine, rowing machine and basic dumbbells and kettle bells. There are no internal outdoor areas - the rooftop and downstairs bar were closed during the duration of my stay (I wish the roof was open even just as a communal space - it looked nice through the locked door).

Very comfortable and all amenities available. I love the location too. Hosts very attentive and responsive. Def recommend!

Comfortable beds, plenty of public transit options, nice staff. The room was small, especially the bathroom. But that was fine because we didn’t come to London to hang out in the room. I also liked that they had a workout room.

No cleaning in between nights

Very friendly and attentive staff. Shower good and spacious. Kitchen great, fridge and dishwasher, seating area with table very good to have, lovely design. Quiet room at back, no road noise or any other noise. Heating easy to use. Single beds were too low down. Beautiful modern decor but some walls not finished in main room, number 9

Clean room, well appointed. Great location for East London

The location for our purposes was good, fresh towels when requested, coffee supplies provided. Washer and dryer in tthe apartment were used and useful. Staff attempted to accommodate our needs. No mention that this was not a real bed, but rather a pull out sofa with an ill fitting mattress placed on top. Difficult to get in and out of bed. Not intended for mature visitors. Super uncomfortable. Everything very tight. Seating arrangements not comfortable.

My double bed was very clearly two twin/single mattresses put together. It made sleeping quite uncomfortable. When I hung a sign on my door for cleaning service, they only replaced my towels and did not make my bed or tidy my room.
