The location is perfect. Slightly secluded but still very close to all the action of Chelsea. The bonus was the roof terrace! Absolute tranquility in the middle of busy London. The team were all amazing, right from check in, to coming back in late, to check out. All fantastic! The breakfast was very nicely laid out, top quality ingredients, the staff were very friendly but felt slightly over priced considering the amount we had already paid for the rooms.

Location was perfect. Beds were really comfy. Air con worked very well on the hottest day in London. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was small. In need of some tlc with decor, but ok for our 2 night stay.

Closeness to hospital, the breakfast was superb and Syeda, the lovely lady serving us was fantastic and so efficient, yet so friendly! The bed was very comfortable and slept well The shower curtain kept attacking me whilst showering, couldn’t get casting service to work on TV and the road noise during the night was interesting! I live in the country side, it’s central London ….. no one’s fault!
