Some staff were good and the location is good Absolutely unacceptable treatment — never staying here again. This was not my first time staying at this hotel, and I had returned because my previous experiences were good. Unfortunately, after what happened during this stay, it will definitely be my last. We arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM and were clearly informed that we had a late checkout until 12:00 PM. Because of our extremely late arrival, we planned accordingly: wake up around 11:30, shower, pack our belongings, and leave by the agreed checkout time. Instead, at around 11:00 AM, we were woken up and told that we needed to leave. I calmly explained that we had been given until 12:00 PM and that we would leave at the agreed time. What happened next was completely unacceptable. A receptionist named Natalie came to our room and started knocking on the door so aggressively it sounded like she was trying to break it down. When I opened the door, instead of speaking to us professionally, she raised her voice and shouted: “LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! WE NEED THE ROOM!” I asked her to lower her voice and speak to me respectfully. I explained again that we had been told our checkout was at 12:00 PM. Her response was to accuse me of lying, saying that this “never happened.” Whether another member of staff failed to put the late checkout into their system is absolutely not the guest’s responsibility. We were told 12:00 PM, and we planned our morning based on that information. Despite her attitude, I remained calm and cooperative. We even allowed staff into the room while my friend was still taking a shower, simply because we did not want the situation to escalate. In the end, we actually left the room at approximately 11:30 AM — earlier than the checkout time we had originally been given. Yet somehow the situation became even more ridiculous at reception. Natalie then attempted to charge us a late-checkout fee, despite us having left at 11:30.

The location but now I saw it’s not worth it. You can’t even get a good nights sleep The property is falling to peace’s Needs a big refurbishment Ceiling leaking from the bathtub above Bathroom door handles missing and falling off Toilet seats missing Bad management. Careless and not safe. Noise and careless behaviour from the cleaning team. No consideration that it’s a hotel and people pay those prices to enjoy some luxury and sleep.
