The staff are amazing. The whole outlook and experience was good The hotel isn’t suitable for young kids and booking.com shouldn’t sell it to families.

The property was stylish - with a very certain vibe - the staff were pleasant and attentive. In places it felt a bit tired and I found some areas not as clean as expected - I would expect a five star hotel to have some level of snacks in the room - we were given some mini biscuits (size of a thumb nail each) and then charged 50 pounds for the most overpriced snacks I've ever known especially in a five star hotel AND breakfast was included but we still had to pay for service charge on top - this did not feel like a five star experience at all - felt more like a money making scam - having stayed in other premium hotels - it was not what I was expecting - even in London

Amazing location, very accommodating, great staff, wonderful bed. No need to tip as they request an optional service fee at the end, brilliant! Very dark grey colors throughout, beautiful property but a bit dark for my tastes.
