Great location right opposite V&A museum we were visiting. Attentiveness of all staff. It was our anniversary and I booked for overnight stay with breakfast. Was delighted with the selection and variety offered. Beautifully presented and well cooked pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. After two hours in the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room it was an exhilarating experience and to then enjoy a satisfying meal was heaven. Set us up for the day ahead. Not sure that there was anything I didn’t like

Great location, close to museums, shopping, food and tube stations. Very dated, nothing like the pictures. Needs a refurb. Staff did their job, nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was mediocre. Spa facilities are an extra charge. Misleading from the pictures advertised. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Very good breakfast. The staff were helpful at all times. The carpet in my room 139 was old, dirty and stained. Not what you would expect from a five star hotel. Suggest you replace it.

We wanted to shop at Harrods during our short stay. It was a short walk from the hotel. Great location

Hotel was very clean and located well for meeting. When on Booking.com I selected the filter to include Parking. Which this hotel then came up with parking so being the closest and within budget with parking I booked it. When you select Parking what the Rembrandt what they don’t tell you unless you dig right down into the details is that parking is an extra £53 overnight. Which is reduced from £78. Either way to be met with this charge is not great.

Great staff and service. Friendly and helpful. Very comfortable, clean and quiet at night with great breakfast included. Beautiful location by museums, shopping, cafes/restaurants/bars. Five minute walk to South Kensington underground on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines for touring the city and direct line to Heathrow.
