This hotel is truly exceptional on every level. Polished staff and personal attention. You are escorted to your room for checking in. The hall carpets and lifts are pristine. The furnishings in the room are first rate - linens, lighting, mini bar, coffee and tea. The heated bath floor and automatic toilet (also heated seat) was a hoot too. Unfortunately we neglected to take photos of the public spaces but they are as you'd expect. You really want for nothing. Upon departure, we had notified them that the shower door was leaking. Not a big deal, but just trying to be helpful. For our "inconvenience" we were refunded 300 GBP. Unnecessary but what a touch. One of out top 5 hotel experiences for certain.

Beautiful hotel with elegant lobby, gorgeous spacious rooms, excellent location and exceedingly great staff. Nothing

From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was impeccable. The floral arrangements and art pieces throughout the hotel are stunning — effortless elegance at every turn. But what really stood out was the level of care for our safety. We’d left some expensive jewelry out in the room, and when we returned in the evening, it had been securely locked away. The staff politely asked us to contact security to retrieve it. That’s the kind of precision and discretion you don’t often see, and it speaks volumes about the standards here. A special mention to Tomasso, one of the breakfast waiters. He was incredibly detail-oriented and took genuine care of us, especially handling my sister’s food allergies to a T. Nothing was overlooked, and it made the experience feel both personal and effortless. We won’t be staying anywhere else in London after this. The Dorchester has set the bar far too high.

Beautiful new colour schemes, the hotel looks lovely. Very friendly helpful staff providing excellent service. Nothing!
-
Location , cleanliness , the elegance , and ambiance . The breakfast saloon and the buffet was closed and the waiters were not taking care properly and some of them were a bit unfriendly . Took long time to take order and so I wasn’t quite happy for the service .

Is my favorite hotel! Classy, elegant, beautiful people, everything!

The hotel was nice and the room was clean comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The location of the hotel is convenient. Thanks to the reception team and special thanks to the young lady looking after the bar near reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) who is from the UK and cycles to work was exceptionally kind, professional and friendly. Dine in and room service teams are great. The breakfast at the Grill was not up to the hotel's standards. I addition the service at the Grill during breakfast was also average. the lady taking orders could have been more friendly and she charged me more ..Im glad I had a look at the bill.. I had breakfast there once and did not return. The gym is ok but should be much be better given the rates we pay!

During my recent stay at The Dorchester, Gosia Sokolowska, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We were celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday, and she surprised us with an upgrade to a dream room of a lifetime. It was an unforgettable gesture, and I cannot thank her enough. This was genuinely one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Everything—from the staff and the service to the food and the attention to detail—was flawless. Thank you, Dorchester, and thank you, Gosia, for making our stay so special. After this experience, I can confidently say that whenever I visit London again, I will only stay at The Dorchester.
