Perfect for a one night stay. Great location Very small, no TV and the bed was uncomfortable

Plumbing noises

Everything was nice and clean. We were expecting a small room but it was so tiny we could barely walk. The bathroom was also very small which was also expected. Overall good but I wouldn't recommend if you are going to be there for more time than just sleeping

The bedding was a bit dirty, the pillows were just uncomfortable and the shower was leaking.

Some plumbing noise from time to time

Staff were rude and made me pay again as your booking system didn't register on there system and none of the help numbers we answered , appalling customer service from booking g.com and Zedwell, hotel room was small like a sauna and aggressive morning staff kicking you out at 10am !! dull everything

Room could have been just a tad bigger. Didn't mind the windowless approach. Shower water leaked into toilet area even after closing the glass door/separator.

Location and quiet room Room wasn’t available despite checking in 2 hours after check in time. No staff visible, no way to find staff. No basic amenities such as a hairdryer in room.

Excellent facilities close to local train stations etc. Lovely clean rooms, excellent friendly staff. Especially Oishi on reception who was super helpful, thank you. N/A

Alishba was amazing

Very comfortable for us! Location is excellent too. For the price it is quite great.

It was still under renovation at the time of my visit. My room was on the ground floor so there was quite a bit of noise from people opening the hall doors, people walking by, etc. The outlet covers in the room were cheaply installed and started falling off although this is a newer hotel. I was also surprised that there was no hair conditioner in the shower.

The location Room size

I love the location,and how it is very central I know it’s a very small place, but I couldn’t hang my clothes or store them properly. Most of my clothes ended up on the bed. I would recommend adding some wall hooks or a straight metal rail so clothes can be hung. The only hanger available was in the bathroom, which is inconvenient because of the steam and moisture there.

I like the proximity of the hotel to a lot of locations. I didn't like the following: i. The hotel only cleans the room every four (4) days, unless you pay an additional sum of 24 Pounds separate from the reservation paid before the room can be cleaned. ii. The hotel does not give you access to your room even if the room is available before 3:00 pm unless you pay them 15 Pounds. iii. They do not have rest room at the reception, and they won't grant you access to toilet upon arrival at the hotel after a long distance. iv. Upon check out, the hotel charges a customer 15 Pounds for every bag kept at the Luggage room upon checking out. v. The hotel customer relationship is "EXTREMELY BAD".

Alishba was very helpful and good The stay was good however because it is a new hotel so the staff is not professional yet as someone opened the room door early at the morning suddenly with no permission or not checking out.. we shocked this was a nightmare as we were sleeping
