Pros: Excellent location in Mayfair. Despite perhaps an executive feel, the facilities are modern, sleek, and sophisticated. All areas are beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, including the bed and pillows. The natural light was wonderful. I'm a sucker for having a bathroom with 2 sinks. The water pressure and temperature were great. Dining options are fantastic: we had breakfast in Serra, lunch in GSQ, tea/pastries in Jacqueline, and drinks at the Eagle Bar--all top-notch. Sadly, Tobi Masa was closed the evening we stayed there. Staff was very friendly and attentive (a particular shoutout to Michele in the front desk). Undoubtedly a top 3 stay in London! Con: The only blemish in our stay occurred after check-out. Weeks in advance, we had coordinated with the concierge our pick-up time to go to the airport. It was confirmed via email 2 weeks prior and re-confirmed the day of departure a few hours before checking out. When we checked out, our car was not there. After a 10 minute wait, we asked again and were told that the car had been scheduled for an hour later, despite multiple confirmations and re-confirmations. The concierge who had confirmed our booking 2 weeks earlier had no idea about it, even when I showed him the email with his name and signature. Staff scrambled but we ended up leaving 30 minutes later than our originally scheduled departure time. Fortunately, we had allowed for enough time to head to the airport and traffic was light, but it otherwise could have been catastrophic had we missed our flight due to the delay. Otherwise a 10/10 experience.

My experience was really bad, its not only about the operational level but for an this level of a hotel this was not acceptable situation They charged me extra things and tried to charge my credit card on the file mind you they had a deposit, when checking out they failed to complete the process due to issue with connection but then they charged me extra things. And it took me more than 72hrs of constant communication to reverse my deposit of £400 but they failed to do it even though I cleared that I got charged for things that was not on me.
