Location was great. The staff were very nice and helpful The room was very dark, the pillows (feather) were terrible, breakfast was the worst. The continental option was very expensive and had so few choices it was an utter waste of money!

Very friendly, attentive, efficient staff. Intense attention to detail. A very interesting, attractive Deco aesthetic. Very good cooked breakfast in the room. Spectacular, luxurious bathroom with great soaps and gels. The whole experience was wonderful. This is now my favourite London hotel. Nothing

The Beaumont is a stunning, beautifully preserved Art Deco jewel in the heart of Mayfair - both central to everything yet very quiet. Their extraordinary staff were the true highlight of our stay. They floored us on arrival by upgrading our standard room to an absolutely gorgeous, spacious suite, then anticipate nearly every need before we had to ask. Our reservations manager personally escorted us to our suite, took the time to explain every detail with warmth and professionalism. When I asked if she could break a £100 note so I'd have cash for tips, she graciously explained that while she could, tipping was entirely optional. If we wished, we could simply leave a voluntary 5% gratuity at checkout to be shared among the staff—I found this was really a relief over our stay and a generous attitude to hold toward guests. The thoughtful gestures continued throughout: One evening, the doorman offered to drive us to our dinner reservation in the hotel's complimentary limousine. The following day, he insisted on driving my wife and daughter to the theater so they wouldn't have to walk in high heels. The Beaumont was a Gilded Age experience for us, like stepping back into the gracious luxury era and being welcomed guests at some place like Downton Abbey. Unbelievable!

Central location, nicely decorated. Lovely door man. Rooms quite small for price - even those which are one level up from the basic room.
