Room was spacious with. Nespresso had free hour extra check out. Great location No one came up to deal with TV that wasn't working, room not ready when we arrived, no one answered phone in reception

Location Cleaning service. They downgrade the way they treat customers. No longer putting small mini items for guests which was nice for the kids. The cleaning service was the worst this year and I stayed here 6 times before. Its a disappointment to see this place I like get worst

Almost every request we made was met with an attempt to charge us an additional fee, whether to expedite a service or for something that should have been included in the first place. The level of service was very disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this level.

Location Service too slow. We arrived at 5.30pm and were given a room. When we went to the room, the housekeeping lady was still cleaning the room. We have to wait for 15mins before we can go into the room.
