Nothing at all. Except the location. I booked a 6-night breakfast and dinner package, but the food experience was highly disappointing due to undisclosed restrictions: Breakfast: Very little variety. Fried eggs are the only made-to-order option included; everything else incurs an extra charge. Dinner: The menu is incredibly limited, and guests are strictly restricted to only two options. None of these limitations were clearly stated on Booking.com at the time of reservation. Would not recommend the dining packages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Doubletree at Marble Arch. All of the staff were superb; the doorman and reception team who greeted us on our arrival, the staff looking after the restaurant at breakfast and the bar later in the day and the hotel cleaning staff, without except all of you were extremely friendly and helpful to us as being consummate professionals. The hotel and all of its facilities were very clean and our room was a good size for hotel that is in an old existing building in the heart of London. Nothing

The welcome was good I didn't like to be asked to pay £50 extra. Yes they said they will return it. When I checked out there was no confirmation that it is paid back. It made me feel uncomfortable. I wish you can improve on that.
