Nothing at all. Except the location. I booked a 6-night breakfast and dinner package, but the food experience was highly disappointing due to undisclosed restrictions: Breakfast: Very little variety. Fried eggs are the only made-to-order option included; everything else incurs an extra charge. Dinner: The menu is incredibly limited, and guests are strictly restricted to only two options. None of these limitations were clearly stated on Booking.com at the time of reservation. Would not recommend the dining packages.

Bed / mattress was rock hard which meant a poor night sleep for me however partner liked the mattress.

Only the location, its location was strategic and practical. Upon reaching Level 2 where I stayed, the room was positioned beyond a series of steps, which made access highly impractical, particularly with the luggage! The mattresses’ springs produced continuous noise whenever I lay on them, making the experience uncomfortable and disruptive. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the room did not contain a fridge, an amenity typically expected in accommodations of this standard. As a result, I had to contact room service to request one, which caused avoidable inconvenience and required additional waiting time before it was arranged.

The location was amazing and the hotel was clean neat and nice to stay at but my favorite was the staff they made me feel at home rather than in a hotel I stayed alone but the staff made me smile and were the kindest souls will come back just for them The breakfast options were too less according to the price I think the breakfast can be improved
