    Friendly reception. Excellent location, very convenient for West End shopping, restaurants, theatres. Very comfortable bed and room clean and spacious. The tiny bathroom was ridiculously cramped. The shower was in the bath; we prefer a separate shower cubicle. There was only a fixed head shower, no handheld one. Very little space for our toiletries.

    Not much I was in room 206, that is between two floors in the staircase, with a window on the venting system. There was constant noise coming from above the room day and night. Really unpleasant.

    My name is phksurang chaiharn now i am stay in room 211, I am currently in the room, and unfortunately, the air conditioning is not functioning. I have attempted to contact reception to request assistance, but I am still waiting as nobody has arrived yet. This is quite perplexing. I waiting 30 minite The hotel provided subpar service, particularly the night manager named “Ola“ who displayed rudeness. Upon check-in, I was not properly informed of important details. After calling the manager, I was instructed to send someone to my room. Despite waiting for an extended period, I eventually had to approach the reception counter myself. The manager did not offer an apology but simply stated that there were no available rooms for the night. Additionally, he mentioned a 50% refund, which I find to be inadequate considering the lack of air conditioning in the room during a hot season. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am requesting a full refund of 100%!!!!
