Location was good, breakfast was good The room size was not what we expected, way too small, bathroom ridiculously small had to close door to use bathroom. Not enough room for 3 adults. Lift broke several times so being on top floor not great getting up and down.

Nothing Room was tiny and smelly . It had no ventilation and was boiling. Two fans were lying in the middle of the room but weren’t working . The hotel promised that they would change my room after I had complained but failed to do so. Worst experience of my life. Never stay there .

Staff were lovely and we were lucky that our room was ready early so we could freshen up The air con system seemed to be broken a replacement was in the room however the back of it kept coming off and the long tube was spread across the bed and blocked up with window so we very much lacked natural light from this

Location is super Room was spacious and clean House keeping services great Air conditioning Elevator is a huge problem. One and very slow elevator for the whole hotel In fact It stopped working and required quite some time to be repaired so you have to use the stairs Facility is old but ok to stay in

Location Dated, everything was small, small room, small bed, small shower. We were initially given a room which had no air-conditioning (outside temp was round 27 degrees) so it felt like a sauna. I queried it with the receptionist and they changed us to 2 separate rooms with air conditioning (we were 2 friends traveling together so 2 rooms was no issue). I would question whether they should have given us three first room in the first place with no offer of a discount.

The location was excellent for me. The room was cosy, clean and very comfortable for a good night's rest. Overall, it was value for money, and I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. The Staff, very warm, friendly and supportive.
