This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty. The duvet and bedding smelled moldy and unclean, and the furniture was dusty and dirty. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot and humid throughout my stay. The hotel itself also had a damp smell. To make matters worse, one of the elevators was out of service, so we had to walk through the kitchen area every time, which had an unpleasant smell. Check-in took around 1.5 to 2 hours, which was completely unacceptable. My luggage did not arrive until almost 3 hours later, even after I repeatedly called and complained. I stayed for 4 nights, and these issues continued for almost the entire stay. The staff did not resolve the problems or make any real effort to improve the situation despite multiple complaints. The food was also extremely poor in quality. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never stay at this property again.
