This hotel is always good for location, service and cleanliness. Always a bit pricey but you are in the middle of it all.

Rooms were very comfortable and good air conditioning which was great as it was very warm. Excellent location for sightseeing Would be great if they had family rooms for 4 as we had to book two rooms and separate

The location was perfect just off Trafalgar Square and a short distance to Embankment Station. The staff were amazing and the hotel very clean and well presented. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast was plentiful and great choice for all tastes. Nothing, would highly recommend. Tried to book a return visit but no availability for the dates required.

Location was great and use of lounge was appreciated. The breakfast manager was extremely helpful and friendly One staff member on reception was not particularly friendly. All other staff were very nice Awkward to use the hairdryer in room as plug was not near a mirror

The reception areas, the facilities and the restaurants were amazing. Great location. Staff were excellent. Also loved having the fresh chilled water provided. The room felt quite dated, particularly the bathroom. Although very clean and well kept I felt it was a little overpriced for the amenities.
