Great location, spotless and great facilities. Was charged £70 for ‘service charge’ I have never heard of a service charge been put on the end of a stay before, especially when they already charge so much to stay, they should already be looking after their staff. Unsure if it was optional, as the staff at check out made out that it wasn’t so had to pay it.

We really enjoyed our stay here, considering we have stayed at multiple other high end hotels in the UK, this has got to be the best experience. The one thing I would say (the upgrade was a great part, thank you!) the gentleman that checked us in was really helpful and guided us to our room, this now lacks in many hotels but it did not here. Most staff had a smile and were just super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. The spa facilities are good, but they could be better! I know this is rated as one of the best in London, there are boutique hotels that have great spas and thermal rooms. Very limited facilities however maintained well.
