The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very good. The restaurant was good but a little too pricey.

Fantastic location, staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing as I've found at similar hotels. I had the cheapest double room, but this was on the top floor with an amazing view of Westminster Abbey. The restaurant was gorgeous and the hotel had a nice atmosphere overall. Comfy bed, large room for the location and price, and well stocked with snacks and essentials. Extra pillows were provided as well Was given a £10 credit for the in-hotel Starbucks when you refuse housekeeping. I was only there 2 nights so this was a nice touch. At night, you need a room kept to enter the lobby from outside. A nice thought for door security as the entrance is unmanned. I had placed the do not disturb sign on the door handle and the light signal on the inside of the door. Unfortunately, I was woken by housekeeping knocking on the door anyway. I also returned to my room that night to see that housekeeping had been in the room anyway, despite my refusal that morning, and the do not disturb light that had remained on all day. While the bathroom was a nice size and otherwise cclean, the shower knobs and shower head where covered in limescale - not the nicest thing to see. Breakfast was very expensive at £36 for one person at the buffet plus a coffee.

The hotel was at a great location, next to the train station. However, it could be a disadvantage as well. In the middle of one night, I was woken up by someone who was yelling on the street for at least 20 min.
