Location is great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Comfortable beds Nothing to dislike. It’s great for the kind of hotel it is…. I.e. one without a bar or restaurant on site but that doesn’t really matter thanks to the location

Excellent & safe location which was close to tourist attractions & theatre with many options from low-key to upscale for drinks & meals either walking or via metro/bus (steps away), friendly & very helpful staff who went out of their way to assist, comfortable beds with great room space and amenities - everything exceeded our expectations. First-time London Mom & daughter trip at a perfect location with hotel that exceeded our expectations. Separate wastebasket for recyclables would be helpful.

Friendly helpfull staff, Very clean Very comfee bed Good facilities We ordered cocktails through room service and it would of been nice if they were made fresh at the bar in cocktail glasses rather the pre made in small bottles with small tumberler glasses.

Centrally located-fabulous room, hotel staff were amazing! Room had a Nepresso and filtered water. Best hotel I’ve stayed in located in a major city, The twin bed mattresses pushed together were a bit weird.

Sima at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful on our arrival! They have such a secure quiet clean modern room(108). We loved the daily housekeeping and room amenities like the soap and lotion were of high quality. The location to The Strand, Uber Boat, theatre, and Bus number 9 were so helpful. W e would stay here again and no place else. I would love a vending machine in the lobby area for very late evening drinks!

Great location, friendly staff, clean and easy to work with. Lack of an internal sundry shop or restaurant. Lots nearby but the absence of an internal opportunity takes away from what would be a 5 star experience.
