Location was great, walking distance from all the iconic places we wanted to see. The room was much too small and confined, not practical for two people. The exterior pictured through Bookings was not our hotel.

The hotel was clean, had a comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. Its location is nice. Close to the underground trains. But we walked to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace and other places. Bonus, It’s right next to a theater. We were able to get last minute discounted tickets to the show.

Great location, supportive and available staff. The A/C worked and the bed was comfortable & great shower. Lobby small and outdoor space confined and uncomfortable.

Its location was perfect for my weekend break The beds being against the wall. The hotel does not have twin beds The rooms were not spacious for 2 people sharing. I would have liked slightly bigger rooms. When booking this is not made clear. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For a couple of nights it’s perfect

Everything was great! Staff was super nice - the all inclusive deal was amazing, you could order anything you want from restaurant and bar unlimited. Location very central.

Location was superb. Good choice of food & drinks available all day. Staff were great, very helpful. Huge television at the end of the bed. Very quiet in rooms - no outside noise or noise from other guests. Lack of storage in all rooms - no drawers and only 2 coat hangers each to hang on wall fitting - same in upgraded room as well as more basic rooms. Air conditioning ineffective in the very hot summer weather. It chilled room slightly but it was still quite warm for sleeping. Beds tucked up against walls for space saving - means the person closest to the wall has to climb over the other person to exit.
