Everything perfectly thought out. Bed, mirror, storage etc.

A great location for central London and good value for money, but the staff, Joji in particular, made it with their friendliness. The room was perfect for our requirements of somewhere to sleep and shower and was very clean and quiet. We would certainly stay their again.

Good location Clean Great shower and comfortable bed Room was tiny !!! Watch out on the bed if you’re over six foot, your feet will touch the wall Air con was a bit fiddly No brekki included. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent location, rooms are cleverly designed and feels quite new. Great breakfast - esp the Barista coffee. Everyone was so friendly and efficient - thank you, will definitely stay here again.

The staff were welcoming, tended to everyone’s needs, consistently looking after the customers when dining, food was very fresh and tasty. Rooms and hotel was very clean, location was awesome. Bed was a little to firm for me, but great if you like a firm mattress. There was no concerns

the forced air was a little too much over night made the room very dry.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and supportive. One old and slow elevator. Rooms are ridiculously small. No place to open the luggage comfortably.
